Acquire sources, create Python virtualenv, install package and dependencies,

    cd phenodata
    make check

In order to run tests individually, enter the virtualenv, and invoke ``pytest``
directly, like::

    source .venv/bin/activate
    pytest -k sql
    pytest -k readme
    pytest -k example
